And with all we have seen, in our years of service to others, we have seen clients who are unaware of the importance of the air conditioning system as it relates to the climate within the home or business.

 This (Air)-(conditioner) which was painstakingly dismantlement and lifted into an attic access and carefully carried down into the bowels of a hot attic before being re-assembled. Or lifted by a crane forty feet into the air and set on top of a hole cut in the roof. Secured to ducts which will carry this dirty, hot, moist air from the interior, through this UN-seen appliance, to be conditioned to meet any number of needs, before being disbursed back into the space below, clean, cool and dry.

Let me ask you this. "Would you pick up a plastic straw that was sitting in mud, shake it off, and put it into your glass so you could have a drink of clean water ?" My guess is you wouldn't. Just because your air conditioner might be new doesn't mean your duct-work is clean and free of microbial growth. Likewise if your air conditioner is ten years old and you had no idea that there was a filter to change, would you be comfortable to know that you have sent this air through the equivalent of swamp water, and this is the air that bathes your body and fills your lungs with every breath taken. 

      Let me be clear. There are many different services we can provide and appliances added that will keep the climate in your house allergen free with a temperature that is a crisp 74 degrees at 48 % humidity. But none of this is possible without YOU.

Education is the number one service that we are happy to provide our customers. You can't make a decision without knowing what you are deciding on and we have no interest in making you afraid of the unknown so that you will purchase our expensive product. We want you to understand how your air conditioning system works. What is old and failing, what is dirty and needs cleaning, and what can be added to help reduce allergy's while keeping your family safe. 

        Our purpose, which makes us different from all the others is not that we are the best of the best, or there within an hour, and not that we are on top of the food chain. These are all gimmicks. There is always someone smarter. In addition, what good is getting someone knocking your door within an hour if they don't have the knowledge to know what is wrong and how to fix it. Great, they showed up fast, but now what, the technicians eyes are glossier than yours as you both stand in front of the air handler looking at it. And the big company's, the apex company's, the Goliath's of the HVAC industry. You are just a number to them. They are the quintessential governments of the HVAC industry and you are standing in line, holding your ticket, hoping that when you get to the window that it won't be overly complicated or very expensive.

We want to change the industry and how it's perceived. We want the customer to be a part of the decision, not just being told what they need.
