Both of our Preventative Maintenance Plans help you get the most out of your investment.

Clean indoor cooling coil (in place) with biodegradable, self rinsing cleaner annually
Chemically clean outdoor coil annually, eliminate dirt, debris and vegetation
Clean outdoor fan blade (annually)
Clean and sanitize interior of air-handler with anti microbial treatment
Add extended release drain treatment
Satisfies manufacturers extended warranty requirements
